Refurbishment policy

Our tool repair service is done by CNC milling machines, using a wide range of custom made setups to guarantee the quality and precision of your refurbishment.

We add new material with similar mechanical properties as the existing tool, then we inspect the tool, chenking all the sizes and tolerances.

All concentricity measurements are checked by a precision optical laser machine and also by mechanical measurement indicators where appropiate.
